2025 Curated Plate
In 2025, Maleny Cheese proudly delivered the High Cheese à la Swiss experience as part of The Curated Plate, the Sunshine Coast’s premier food and drink festival. Guests were welcomed by Swiss Master Cheesemaker Markus Bucher and co-owner Sara Bucher for a guided cheese and wine journey celebrating their Swiss and Australian heritage. The afternoon featured a complimentary glass of semi-sweet sparkling wine from Riversands Wines, a curated selection of local and Swiss cheeses, and the authentic enjoyment of raclette served over hot potatoes. Guests completed the experience with a traditional Swiss Kaffe schnapps or barista-prepared beverage of their choice.
