You’ll love our artisan cheddar cheese from our Maleny Club Cheddar range. This range consists of six varieties of premium quality three-year aged cheddars. The range is rich in lingering flavour with a soft, smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
Our cheddar cheeses are worked by hand with natural ingredients, to create a quality club cheddar of distinction. We dip-seal our cheddar cheese in food-grade wax. This protects and preserves the cheese. When sliced into discs, the colourful rounds make a distinctive decoration to your cheese platter.

Getting the most from your cheddar cheese
A club cheddar is far from the usual cheddar we might pick up on the supermarket shelf. Club-style cheddar cheese is based on an aged cheddar, which is processed by hand into a beautifully soft texture. The waxing process packages and preserves the cheese naturally. Owing to its soft mouthfeel, club cheddar is the perfect choice for your cheeseboard. Or it can also be lightly grated or crumbled to add a distinct flavour to a special dish.
What pairs well with club cheddar?
Depending on your choice of cheddar flavour, you can enhance its quality with beautiful local fresh or dried fruit or other cheeses. It may also be a great marriage with sweetened honey, relish or jam. Crackers can be bold, such as a traditional club cracker. Or try a standard wafer cracker to allow cheddar to be the star.
